Wow! This brand is amazing and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I bought the cleanser, serum and gel moisturizer. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin. Know a little bit of each of the 3 go a long ways. 2 of the 3 say pea sized amount and I’ve found a little less than that is perfect. What stands out most for me is the effectiveness of each. I’m a 57 yr old female with decent but dry skin and a few fine lines below my eyes. My skin is now smoother, more plump and more evenly textured across my whole face and neck and the effects last! I wear very little make up and all of it goes on a lot smoother now. I strongly recommend this brand for those looking for a quick but economical skin care regimen.

I deal with combination skin. Flaky forehead and cheeks, oily nose. This (combined with another wash) have softened my skin and lessened the oil. I am halfway through this bottle and will be buying another one due to the effectiveness.

I like this product because a little goes a long way, it really is scentless, it's gentle, and it foams nicely. Perfect for face and a good clean feeling.

This is a lovely, gentle cleanser that works perfectly for my dry, sensitive skin. I like using it in the morning or anytime my skin feels irritated or dehydrated. It cleans without stripping and leaves my skin feeling soft and calm. A great option if you're looking for something soothing and effective.

Excellent cleanser, dissolves in water to a nice texture, feels good on the skin. Washes completely away, leaving no residue. Leaves skin feeling soft, supple and hydrated. I've used this product for about 6 weeks every evening and most mornings. The 5oz size has lasted well. I've added this cleanser to my autoship items so I don't run out.

This is my go-to daily/every-other-day face wash. I use it twice a day, typically, once in the morning and once at night while showering. The fact that I am able to use it twice a day speaks to how non-drying it is and non-irritating, as many other face-washes I've used in the past that are effective exfoliants tend to also dry my face out. I have combination skin that is slightly oily in my T-region but quite dry otherwise—and I lean more dry than oily so am always worried about face washes drying out my skin unnecessarily. That is not the case with the hada labo cleanser in my experience! Although I wouldn't say the formula is "moisturizing," I do think it is hydrating, in the sense that immediately after use, your face might feel a little tight / taut (and very clean!!); however, in the long run of ~a couple weeks of use, my overall level of hydration in my skin was much improved. Although I'm by no means a skin care professional, my guess would be that it's because this formula does a great job of actually cleaning out my pores and thus, right after washing, when I apply my serums and lotions, my skin is able to better absorb these hydrating and healing solutions thanks to this facewash. I'm a big fan of this face wash and would recommend it to anyone looking to try out a face wash that cleans without completely drying out your skin!

I have used this a little for a little over a year. I had purchased this in February 2018, second purchase was in July 2018. I’m almost done with my second one. I’ve been using it religiously. honestly, I’m not sure if it’s because of this cleanser or my other cleanser, but I have not been breaking out at all. I have dry acne prone skin and I have not broken out. It doesn’t help with acne scarring but i definitely haven’t broken out in over 6 months. This is the only product I own with hyaluronic acid. I believe it might be because of this so I will be purchasing a third time. One bottle lasts me a couple months with daily use. I use it twice-three times a day. Sometimes when I want to shave my little girl mustache I use it as a foam before shaving lmaoo. That’s my little secret I’m willing to share with you guys. It’s really nice. Edit: So ofcourse I bought yet another one! I’ve tried not using this cleanser and only sticking to tatcha products but nope.. broke out SO bad!! tatcha doesn’t help with acne. It helps with pores and stuff. I started using this again after not using it for two months and my skin started to get better again. I have to say that my acne is under control because of this cleanser. I need this in my skincare. I won’t ever stop using it again. I’ve gotten so much acne scarring when I broke out and I’m so tight. Glad this product exists to control my acne production.
