These little ice packs were the perfect size to wrap around my hand and/or fingers. I love that it comes in a two pack as well, so you can continually rotate out coldest one.

In the description it says cold and hot therapy. This product does not suggest using it for hot therapy.

I have so many of these. (They come two per box, btw). I use them often for my rheumatoid arthritis pain in m hands but I'm giving a low/medium rating because they are such a pain to wrap on. The elastic bands are way too long and the ice cuffs are slightly too short. It's tricky getting the cuff to stay wrapped while to untangle the bands and wrap them around. UGH. And I have very very thin wrists. Also, they are so thin, which keeps them soft and flexible to wrap, but the coldness is very short, maybe 5-10 min.. I can deal with that as long as I keep six in the freezer.

I needed a small wrap for my index finger. This wrap is a great size and works great! Some other reviews talked about it not staying cold for long. I solved that by having spares in the freezer. Works great. The wraps aren’t very big so they are going to get warm quicker. Overall it just what I needed. Recommend them and would buy again

Loves that it wraps around your pinky and ring finger without it causing to much pressure on either finger

The gel was so thin it only stayed cold for a few seconds. No help with pain relief.

I've been upgrading my first aid items as we have more elderly relatives to help, and ordered the Magic Gel Finger Ice Pack through the Vine program. I am pleased with this product. For me, I'm used to just getting a cold pack out of the fridge, bundling fingers in the towel wrapped pack and trying to continue with my work. Not idea but I've managed. This isn't feasible for elderly relatives- too heavy and awkard for most. This arrived in time for me. Works much nicer than lugging heavy cold pack. The downside is the cost: current price is about $26, which seems a bit on the high side. Unless the gel packs are damaged, this should last for some time. Again, I'm looking for items that will be easy for use with older people. who need help with personal and medical issues. In this situation, it's on the list.

This worked great for me after thumb surgery. The fingers are hard to keep ice around. I liked the Velcro strap to keep the ice in place.
