I have to be honest in this feedback and cover the positives and negatives of this product.To start with it comes well packaged and even gave some free stickers, obviously trying to raise brand awareness by having stickers on your PC/monitor/etc. Keyboard is very functional and works well. Keys are a little spongy but it's not a mechanical keyboard so I can't fault them too much for that. Mouse works well has a very smooth feeling on my mouse mat, no issues going over the different colours on my mat. Overall for what I paid I feel it is a good product having the keyboard and mouse on the same receiver is handy also. As for gaming I feel it would be fine, I have had much worse keyboards and mice for twice the price. Another thing I really like is how the lights go through the text on the keys. My other keyboard was white text on a black background, this makes it much easier to type in the dark

I have bought quite few Keyboards and mouses combos but this one stands out, although the mouse is certainly not the best but the Keyboard makes it 5 stars purchase, lovely lighting effects and certainly really low clicking noise, I did try to pair the mouse so that it has the same rgb effect with Keyboard but unable to get it paired, maybe I'm doing something wrong, so please seller or anyone can help me to pair them together.

Great to use after a bit of practice. Nice action and feel. A bit blingy with the various colours but keys not lit well enough and not that easy to see in low light conditions. I like the re-chargeable feature but they seem to need charging frequently. Probably because of the drain of the background light feature and not the actual keys. That said, a good keyboard and mouse. Way better than your average microsoft or logitech boards

Initially I was very happy with the product, looked great and seems well made. But after only 18 months the charging port on the keyboard has become faulty and will no longer charge. There was no obvious damage, no rough usage or anything that would lead to damaging the product. At this price I would expect a lot more mileage out of it, if it had lasted longer I would have definitely bought it again but will have to go for a better brand next time. Mouse still works and charges fine.

Pros:- The keys feel good- There is no input lag- Has all the keyboard shortcuts you need-Shares a receiver with a mouse which is a great idea-Light’s turn off quickly when not used (about 2 mins off no use, might be a con for some people)Cons:- Relatively low battery considering quick sleep timer- Only 3 color modes, can’t set one static block color- Keyboard doesn’t remember your color setting, have to put it back to the color you like every time- Mouse is very now and too small for extended use so had to use another-Only charges via laptop, can’t use plug outlet to chargeOverall a good inbetween keyboard while you search for a long term replacement

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent purchase I made. I paid £49 for a mouse, but unfortunately, it is not working. Despite following all setup instructions, the mouse remains unresponsive. However, the keyboard that came with the same setup is still working properly.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and advise on the next steps—whether it be a replacement, repair, or refund.Please let me know if any additional information is required. I love the build quality for the price, and the options for the backlit colours are good. The keyboard also works well as a keyboard too. My gripes are the they backlight goes off quickly, so if you don’t have overhead lighting you can’t see the keys until you press one. There should be an option to keep the backlights on when using it. There is also no way to check battery power, so we have been caught out a few times when the keyboard dies on you when using it.Same can be said for the mouse, no way of knowing battery levels so you can get caught out!

I like this keyboard. It's a good size for my small desk. Like the colours of the lights. Keys are a bit higher up than expected, but easy to use. Mouse is nice and smooth.Note: the wireless USB is in the mouse. Charge for 8 hours before use. Worth the money.
