Best pepper you'll ever taste. And, you WILL taste it.
It's not the lowest price pepper by a long shot. But, it's the best pepper we've ever tasted or used. Worth every penny.

Great if heated first !
This kampot black pepper is very mild and has a taste that comes out when heated. Simply grinding it onto food won't have much of a flavor. I ground the pepper into warm olive oil along with other spices and cookedon medium/low beat in a small shallow pan. The flavor was excellent after heating it directly. Adding it to dishes without heating first (with the exception of frying eggs) seems like a waste of these high quality peppercorns. I haven't tried roasting them but I assume they'd be tasty for a few days after roasting.

I am a pepper snob. This pepper is amazing. I love the strong unique flavor. It brings out the best in my meals. It is a bit expensive, but worth every penny! Indulge yourself!

Good Pepper, But Expensive
I like pepper. I've shopped around over many years trying to make sure I had good pepper and a good pepper mill to grind it in. This Cambodian pepper has glowing reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try. It is about four times as expensive as the pepper I usually buy. And after a little experimentation, it tastes roughly the same to me. The smell of a bag is definitely better than the smell of my normal pepper, but when it comes to eating it, I can't really tell the difference. And since I think I buy good pepper, and this is roughly the same, that makes this good pepper as well. But the price tag is pretty high for something that doesn't taste better.

Kampot Pepper Corns
Though a lil spendy for good quality pepper there are no added toxins used in preserving this pepper. Its 100% Organic just like all food should be. Thx for having quality items available to U.S. consumers.
