Does this come with the shock mount and wooden case or is it just the microphone?

This listing DOES come with a very good shock mount and wooden case. It also comes with an alternative typical small mount. Both work with the mic being screwed into a very durable holder. You also get some stand adapters and an extra cloth over elastic band for the shock mount. Only thing to note is the mounts do NOT go into the wooden case. overall a very nice presentation and the packaging from Warm Audio is excellent!

Does it come with the cable to plug into interface?

This mic doesn't come with a cable. It's a pretty high end mic and unless it's being sold as a bundle, they typically assume the buyer already has a sizeable mic locker with cables (like me haha) so heads up buy a cable and this mic will not disappoint!
