Great product and like what my hair dresser uses. However this one from Amazon does tend to be darker and made my hair almost brownish black which is weird and didn't like that part. It suppose to be a medium blonde and I followed instructions like hairdresser said to do down to a t but it didn't turn out like when I get it done. Go a shade up if you're doing this yourself.

I'm so glad I found this brand. I've been looking for a couple of years for color that will actually cover my grays and I have found it in this product. As you'll see in my video I can explain a little more. You can't go wrong with this line!

I really like this brand. First time I used it with 20% volume I did not like the color. It was a bit red instead of ash. Used 30% volume the second time and it is super nice soft ash medium blonde. I have gray and medium dark brown hair. I recommend the same brand developer. it is really nice.
