Nothing says fat guy getting back into shape like workout posters. Spent some $$$ on my midlife crisis to get back into shape by converting a 2 car garage into a fat guy workout room. "Sliding bench" machine is the all time great in old fat guy workouts. Have this poster tacked up in between the garage dartboard and big screen tv to show off to all my beer drinking buddies I thought about working out.

Just what I was looking for. An easy to see all the different exercises one can do with the Total Body machine or similar machines. The paper is laminated so durable, big enough to see, lightweight and functional.
