Q: I want to know shipping box dimensions.

Sorry can't help you with actual dimensions of the box but it was the size of the bag, was a big box, the guitar bag was not folded in anyway.

Q: What's the total interior length of the case? My guitar is 46" (117cm) long...

I have a 47" Schecter 5-string P-bass that fits nicely inside my Fender 620 case, with another 1/2" of space remaining. This particular bass has all five of its tuning machines on one side of the headstock, so there's no congestion inside the case's "head" end. However I found with two other basses I own that if you have larger tuning machines on both sides (i.e., 3x2 or 4x1 arrangement with a 5-string bass) be advised the head end of this case can get a bit cramped inside but it does fit.

Q: Will it fit Schecter Hellraiser C-1?

I really don’t know. It’s perfect for my Fender Telecaster, so of the dimensions of your guitar are the same as a Tele, your golden.

Q: Is it safe to go to fly as a luggage, (not bring inside the cabin airplane)

No. I would never fly my bass in a baggage compartment unless it were in a hard case. This is a soft case. It is very well padded but doesn’t protect the neck well enough against gorilla baggage handlers.
