Powerstep Unisex-Adult ErgoShield Ergo Arch Insole

I have purchased these insoles 6 times since 2021 at various price points, with the most recent one in February of this year. They were $36 which is a fantastic price. I went to order another pair and now they are $126!!! They aren’t an “improved” version or anything new about them except for the $90 mark up. I had finally found a product that works for my feet and alignment. They fit n my work boots perfectly without having to trim them and now I can’t afford to purchase them anymore. Very disappointing to say the least.

I spend 10+ hours a day on my feet in heavy work boots, and by the end of my shifts my arches and heels used to scream in pain. I’ve tried several different insoles over the years, but nothing comes close to the PowerStep Pinnacle Work Insoles. From day one, the difference was incredible. Started a new job in April and was issued with Steel Blue Argyle work boots. I found that after standing for 5-6 hours (of an 8 hour shift) my feet would start collapsing inwards causing intense pain and discomfort. After researching I came to understand there is a marked difference between cushioning and support - the Steel Blue factory insole is largely just a cushion with no rigid or semi-rigid support structure. So I searched for aftermarket insoles that specifically include a rigid or semi-rigid arch support and found these. The positive results were immediate however I waited a couple of weeks to be sure things were definitely improved and no new problems introduced. Yes my feet are still tired and sometimes numb after standing for 8 hours but the critical thing for me is NO PAIN and NO DYSFUNCTION since fitting these.

I’m a nurse that had hip surgery last summer, and my physical therapist recommended these to me for my work shoes. I was a little hesitant because of the cost and just not being sure if I’d like them, but I am so glad I bought them. They fit my shoes well and were easy to put in the shoes. For being on my feet all day, they provide great support, stability, and comfort. My feet ache a whole lot less than they did before having these, even with me having Dr Scholl’s insoles. They don’t slip out when I take the shoes off like the other insoles did, which I love. They’re a little more expensive than regular insoles, but totally worth it for the comfort.
