Got these to make homemade vanilla. The beans were very moist and easy to slice open. I can’t attest to the taste yet, as my vanilla is still being made, but so far it smells great!

I use these for making my own vanilla extract. The only reason for only 4 stars is the last batch were thinner and smaller than before.

The reason I gave these 3 stars instead of 1star, is even though they're super small I used a razor blade to slice down the middle and open them up a little before I cut them in half and put them in my alcohol. I was surprised of how small they were meaning thin not just short but super thin. However they seem to be moist and fragrant so I have hopes that these will work to make vanilla extract will update in a few months. 🤞
