Alpine Matte White Concealed Cistern Unit & Arles Toilet

Just what I needed and fits the description perfectly. I love it 👌🏾

Soft-close seat works well, and has survived over a year of use so far. Main concern (and reason for dropping 1 star)... is the flush mechanism. VERY tempramental, depending on water pressure.... always needs adjusting. Not a huge ball-ache... 30 second job.... but still something I'd rather not do regularly.

Fits well in the room. Clean looking. Good value for money.

Do not recommend. No holes cut out for pipe work. Waste of money and very disappointed.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Plumbworld are quick to deal with any breakages which I had, received replacement within days, great service

1. The supplied 50mm / 42mm L-bend cistern / pan connection pipe was too small and thus leaked. My plumber had to source, purchase and refit a more compatible part. 2. The toilet cabinet is not of good quality. The lower, rear cross panel was in way of the soil pipe and thus had to be removed. The lid is a loose fit. Because of the problem with the L-bend, the unit was sat in water from the first night of installation. 3. The push button flush does not operate a two option flush, as described. It only does a full flush and not an optional part flush. ●The cistern and cabinet will, now, be replaced in the very near future.

The toilet rear flush hole kept leaking. Discovered the round pipe was slightly oval and effects the seal Possible product reject, sold as a second.
