Where's the origin of your black sesame? USA or other countries?

The bag of Kevala USDA organic black sesame seeds states "grown in USA". Assuming they use their own seeds to make tahini, then grown and made in USA.

Hello Ralph, yes Kevala removes the hulls of the sesame seeds in a mechanical way, which is considered superior to other techniques like using salt water, as this way it does not add sodium in the process to the tahini. Enjoy !
