I don’t know the answer but this is for the ‘of course. There’s no gluten in celery.’ - before you answer get a clue! There are so many supplements with additives that are NOT GLUTEN FREE. Such as maltodextrin to prevent caking, and so much more. So before you pop off with an answer like that - do you research. It can be deadly to those who are celiac, even the smallest cross-contamination of gluten can cause seizures!

Q: Does this help with weight loss?

I doesn't help with fat burning and subsequent weight loss, however, it is a mild diuretic and can cause you to loose extra fluid. Probably it wouldn't be enough to show on the scale though. It doesn't taste like celery at all and I did not like the taste.
