The cycle is so good. The quality is very great. The cycle is light weight. It's very easy to ride. Gears are working good. There was no damage when receiving the parcel. It's value for money. Very bad quality gear function is not happening properly it’s not value for money tyre and rim has problem while riding

After one week of riding experience, I am writing this review. I received the cycle with 95% assembly as mentioned and I have fixed the remaining part on my own with little effort. This is my first gear cycle and I am really happy for choosing this brand, great stylish look, build quality and comfortable for long drive. I drive 10 km per day and find no difficulties. I have given 4 stars because of seat, it is really horrible and you can't use this for long drive. I have replaced this with Big Ben seat and it is really good option if you are planning to change the seat.

I received product well before delivery deadline and I thank you for speedy delivery. Cycle was in excellent condition with all parts. Only problem that I faced was of Gears. It is not working at all. Hence the low stars.

This purchase has left me absolutely furious and disgusted with the supplier's deceitful practices and Amazon's inability to ensure quality service. I am taking my time to write this review due to the utter disappointment caused by this infuriating experience and "WARN POTENTIAL BUYER"s about the lack of honesty and integrity displayed by this supplier. I will write it one by one...Missing Accessories: First and foremost, I ordered this cycle with accessories as a mudguard and a bottle holder included in it, and had to pay extra 1000rs for this. These accessories were missing from the package. I paid for them, and yet, I don’t know, they conveniently omitted that from the delivery or what.Useless Tool Kit: To make matters worse, the tool kit provided in the package was utterly useless. The hex keys provided were larger than the screws on the cycle, rendering them entirely ineffective for assembly. It's baffling how such basic errors could occur.Condition of cycle when delivered: When I finally managed to inspect the cycle, it was covered in dirt and dust. when I cleaned it, to my shock! I saw so many big scratches and frame with removed paint from it. It appeared as though it had been stored in a neglected corner of a warehouse for ages and transported carelessly. This is not the level of quality one expects when making a purchase from a reputable platform like Amazon.False Assembly Promises: It says they offer free doors step installation all across India. However, a representative called me and informed me that it would take 5-6 days for the assembly! Which means if the technician came and found some issues with installation, I probably won’t get enough time to return the product, as there is only exist 7 days’ replacement policy. And representative told me that if I decided to assemble it myself, I will get a cashback of Rs. 350!!! This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic meant to deceive customers into taking the easier, costlier option. Anyway I was not ready for that, they then promised me 3 times that the technician will come today, tomorrow and finally one guy just showed up, after seeing the cycle he was like "areeyy..yeah bicycle hei kya??" I was shocked again. After a couple of minutes talk he told me that he is a local electrician. he was expecting an electric stationary cycle used in gym. I really don't know what is happening.In conclusion, I am thoroughly disappointed with this purchase and the supplier's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from this supplier. As for Amazon, their failure to ensure the quality and accuracy of products sold on their platform is a grave concern. It's disheartening to see such a well-known company allowing such deceitful practices to go unchecked.
