I’m trying to extend the years that I’m able to use Reglan for really bad days. This supplement has allowed me to not have to take reglan so often. I mainly use this supplement for GP. It’s life changing. I was recently diagnosed and scared to only rely on reglan- but this supplement is helping me to us reglan sparingly so it doesn’t accumulate in my blood stream/ have a higher chance of producing TD. It’s also softer on the gut than laxatives. I get more sick when using laxatives. I did also notice it’s best to take a probiotic together with this supplement- since it flushes your system and you want to keep the good bacteria.

This product is a life saver for my SIBO-C. Drink it before meals and also before bed. It really helps reduce the constant burping and keeps things moving through my digestive system. Incredible value for the price.

Great product, especially with someone with major GI issues

For someone who has severe digestive issues due to food intolerances, I haven't noticed a change from taking these pills over the past couple of months. I still have bloating constantly and continue to feel sick after meals despite working on an elimination diet. I have noticed that I'm not as constipated as I used to be, but that could also be due to the fact that I have also been taking bovine colostrum pills to improve my gut health.

I bought this after being diagnosed and treated with antibiotics for SIBO. I often suffer from constipation, bloating, and a general sluggish digestive system, so I was hoping this would help keep things moving and hopefully prevent a recurrence of SIBO. I've been taking 2 pills a day for about a month, one before lunch and one before dinner (I don't usually eat breakfast at all). I don't notice any ill effects at all from the pills if I take them with plenty of water and with food. Only if I take it on an empty stomach or without enough water, I can feel a bit of a burn from the ginger or vinegar. However, I am not prone to acid reflux or heartburn so if you are, you might want to be careful. I do seem to be having more regular bowel movements, though I still do occasionally have constipation. I'm not sure if it's the pills or increased water intake (or both) that is helping, or placebo effect, but the pills aren't hurting so I will continue to take them. The one drawback is they are very very pricy so I'm not sure how long I will be able to keep taking them.

It works for me if i take double the dose

Like magic! So far I’ve been taking it for about 2 weeks, and I find that it works very well for me. I take one pill right before dinner and I’ve had no discomfort. I’m having regular movements!

This product seems to cause constipation instead of helping. I started taking it, and it made it constipation worse. I stopped taking it after few days… and I was back to ok BM, the way I was before taking this product.
