They really do make your arms sweat. They are lightweight and easy to put on and come in a variety of sizes and colors. I have had several different brands that didn't work as well. I've been using them for about a month and so far, I am happy with them.

I like them. They help with my arm workouts by making the movement more comfortable and I have seen results with others who have used these. My only drawback is, they won’t last nearly as long as the waist trimmer. The area where I stick them to… they’re not sticking as much anymore and unfortunately, I can’t tighten them anymore and I don’t want to wear them any looser than what I typically have them. Overall 4 stars
