I received it like almost 2weeks maybe and only now I write the review to see the result. I have acne at my chin and I put this every morning and night. It slows down the acne gently and it's almost healed. I love this product that I ordered the other Cerave recommend to combine with this foe my oily face! What a lifesaver

MY BIG TIP: Head over to CeraVe's official website and take their skin quiz. It takes a few minutes and it will give you a skin care routine based on your answers. Then order those recommended products and follow the routine! I've used other acne treatments and gels before but this one has been the best by far! I've been using this for 10 nights (PM only) now and I started noticing the results in about 7 days. I'm still getting breakouts but they're really tiny and typically go away in a day or 2 since I started using CeraVe's Acne line of products. Prior to using CeraVe, my breakouts would take about a week to clear and then I'm left with dark spots that take weeks more to heal. Super happy with this one!

I can see improvement on my face it gently peels pimples and scars but the side effect is mild dryness. don't use it around the eyes

I used this product together with cerave retinol surfacing cream and cerave benzoyl peroxide facial wash it made my acne worse, I had a very bad slin purging after using it for 3 days. I understand it has an acne fighting agent and there is a cell turnover happening but my skin which is a sensitive acne prone skin just can’t tolerate these products. It is too strong till it made my face worse and I had a very low self esteem to even go out. My suggestion is if u hv a very sensitive acne prone skin please go for a milder anti acne products and I would highly suggest COSRX, it really works!

I have nothing but positive things to say about every CeraVe product I’ve ever used. This stuff works super well when you have a few pimples or a full blown breakout. Dried pimples up in a day or two without over drying your skin, but do be cautious. Only use when you need it and only until the breakout is gone. This is not an every day use product. It doesn’t hurt, despite being alcohol based on a sensitive area of the face. It’s got all the good stuff in it to fight the breakout while still working to restore your skins barrier and prevent future breakouts.

Quick acting product that doesn’t dry me out even using twice daily. No burning, no bad smell. Wish I tried soon. Note: only used on small spots here and there. Can’t vouch for cystic acne.

I’m in my mid 30s and struggle with hormonal acne. This product is perfect for spot treatment! I was not expecting a lot as not many products work for my highly sensitive skin. The gel is very light and gentle. You only need a very small amount. Can be sticky upon drying but nothing extreme. So I have noticed that this product will draw out the zit much faster than it would on its own. Instead of my zit not coming to a head and taking a week or more to subside, it comes to a head within 48 hours (for the most part) and subsides/clears much faster. So impressed with how it’s working and wanted to let other mid 30s women with hormonal acne know that it’s awesome! It will always be a staple for me now.
