It's really great. The bass and treble sounds are perfectly mixed together.

I received these earbuds yesterday, charged them for 2 hours initially, just ensure they were fully charged. Went to use them and the earbuds didn't charge at all, no lights came on or anything. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking the battery was too cold or very dead, so I charged them overnight hoping that would help. Nope. Tried them this morning and they're still not charging at all. The case is fully charged, but the earbuds are not charging. Before I get any stupid questions, yes I removed the film off the bottom of the earbuds, yes I wiped out the ports and bottom of the earbuds to make sure there wasn't any dust interference, yes they're in the right spots and yes the lid is fully closed. I tried to contact Nokia to get help troubleshooting my problem, but they told me to contact Amazon for a refund, without giving any advice to get them to work. I am beyond disappointed with this product. Would strongly advise anyone looking to buy these, to not.

My son has been using these earbuds for about a week, mainly for listening to youtube videos in the car and for listening to music while he is running on the track. For these scenarios, the sound quality has been fine; however, for gaming and for when he needs to play a backtrack for guitar practice, he still prefers his hard-wired over-the-ear headphones. We briefly did a test call to check microphone quality and it was ok, not the best but also not a huge deal since he doesn’t make many calls.As for comfort, no complaints – they’re not uncomfortably big but still fit securely enough for a run. I also like that the charging contacts are at the very bottom of the earbuds (same location as airpods). The location of these contacts has never really been a concern for me until I purchased a different brand that had them closer to the ear part. Sweat from running quickly fried that pair and I learned a lesson about the importance of that design feature.Pairing these with both his phone and his iPad was super easy and took less than a minute (we didn’t even need to check the instructions).

The sound is good. I have tried to call someone. He said he can hear clearly. Nice job.Fit great and stay in your ears. The only downside is it doesn't have a noisy cancellation feature. But still a very good product.

Earbuds recieved were used. Not opened and returned or refurbished, but clearly used for some time. Packaging was dirty, box had been taped shut, inner carton arrived torn from previous unboxing, bag with replacement tips open. Price paid made me think maybe I just missed something in the description, but no, it was reasonable to think they would be new and just a great deal.Purchased to replace a pair of Nokia Power Earbuds Lite I don't really like. Sound quality is fine for podcast/audiobook listening, and either bud can be used alone - old pair can use both or right, but left can't be used alone. These buds are also more comfortable and easier to use than the Power Lite, which are much heavier, tend to fall out, and have awkward touch controls.Unhappy product not new, but they work.

I feel like I spend more time charging these guys then using them. It seems like one of them dies after an hour or less of use. The other problem I have is that none of the ear pieces(im not sure of the correct term) fit my ears properly. So they fall out my ears all the time. I'm only able to use them if I sit still in front of my computer. If I move around they fall out :(. The sound quality is decent, nothing special really. I had a pair of bluetooth Sennheiser CX Plus and the quality is night and day but they cost much more of course. I will be switching over to bluetooth standard(over the head) Sony headphones. One of my most disappointing buys...dammit Nokia.

The sound quality is awesome!!! I'm glad I made this purchase, the bass sounds really great!!!
