Very beautiful rug but initially smells very very bad, had to keep it out in air in backyard for 48 hours and now good to use. I recommend. Its soft and not much fluffy but good.

The photos in the description make this look much plusher than it is. In reality, the rug is nearly transparent, and has a weird slippery feel to it. You can't see the edging in the product photos, but in reality the rug is nearly all base, of which it is particularly thin and flimsy feeling.

So it's very soft to touch, kids absolutely love it. Within 24 hours of having it my kid spilled on it and I had to wash it. I washed in my washer on delicates cycle and hung it to dry overnight and by the next day it was good as new. Also it doesn't budge from where it's placed at all which is a relief as my previous rug was always getting moved with the slightest nudge. Nothing bad to say about the rug at all, very happy with the purchase.

My kid fell in love with it! It makes her room so much nicer, the quality is great and it's easy to wash.
