If they are new , defective. If they are old , the paper that surrounds the magnet is turn. Time to replace.

Q: Are speakers Bluetooth

No. Not Bluetooth. They have a selector knob on the back that allows you to choose different wattages for a 70 volt or 100 volt system, or even 8 ohm for a home stereo. No Bluetooth option, though.

These are kick ass speakers

Bought a set of these speakers to add to the four I already had in my vehicle...I had two Pyle speakers in the front and two Kickers in the back, but the sound quality still was not what I was looking for until I added the Rockvilles to the two in the back, the sound quality is now amazing, the bass and the highs from these speakers are awesome. Very happy with my purchase of these Rockville speakers.
