Absolutely GODSEND!!! This truly works and I have tried them alllll. The times that I do not take it I can feel the difference. This product has given me my quality of life back. It helps with vertigo, aura migraines and with sleep. I can also feel the brain fog disappear. I have tried to get cheaper and different supplements but I come back to this exact brand. I hope that they never ever change the quality.

This magnesium complex has been enormously helpful for me. I consistently fall asleep in 5 minutes now, whereas I used to be restless for 20 minutes before I could fall asleep. Also, one time I accidentally took my PM supplements in the AM, and I was so calm and focused all day at work because of the magnesium. One last thing I’ll mention is that I have a very sensitive stomach but I’ve never had an issue with this supplement.

I really like this product. The only thing that you need to remember is that because it is a combination of essential magnesium compounds you need to take it in the late afternoon around 4:00 p.m. or an early dinner. If you take it too late (like just before bed) it will keep you up. You still will have a restful sleep because it includes magnesium glycinate. Just take it in the afternoon to ensure the other compounds do not keep you up at night.

This MagTech Magnesium L-Threonate blend works extremely well for better rest, patience & focus extension and calming of stress. I'm extremely pleased that each capsule contains about 133.33 mg of the product. This fact allows me to tailor my dosage to account for weight-based dosing & controlled system introduction to reach my optimal dose with minimal side effects. It was shocking to realize that so many suffer from a mineral deficiency that has such far reaching effects on their quality of life and this product is (so far) quite effective at restoring many of the skills & capabilities that had slowly dwindled away over time. I highly recommend slowly increasing your dosage over first few days to avoid system shock. It does seem to have a laxative effect, which is the only negative side effect that I've experienced (but could be a beneficial one for some). I'm convinced I would have immediately stopped taking it and given a poor rating to this product had I taken the full recommended dose from the get go. It's also reassuring to see that it is produced in the USA by an full product component disclosing facility. If you are trying to avoid prescribed Rx to alleviate certain symptoms, this is a worthy nutritional supplement that may likely fill your needs to naturally gain & improve control over undesirable condition symptoms. I'll continue to take it as long as it continues to give good results. This rating is based on just 2 weeks of product use and my daily dose is a fraction of the recommended daily doses. The product is legit. Quality supplement that works as advertised, maybe better. Cost through Amazon however; is substantially more than direct order from manufacturer on line plus manufacturer is offering two for one pricing. You’ll like the product. Do your homework on pricing. 🤘🏻

I purchased these to help with brain fog and my anxiety. It has definitely helped out so much. I take it right after my last meal of the day and helps me sleep.
