I make one cup of this tea at night about 1-2 hrs before bed, mix in some honey, and I have no GERD overnight. I've been using this alongside other milk thistle detox products and my liver panel numbers have improved greatly- even the doctor was impressed! This tea tastes great, there is no bitterness or "overly Earthy" flavor whatsoever. Worth every penny.

It has a really calming effect, no bitter taste.

Update: 7 mo. later and still "cured" of IC (Interstial Cystitus) and also no more UTI's or bladder PAIN. This is marvelous find!!! After many doctors, many Rx scripts to fix, this finally did the trick! And now...for IBS Digestive/Gas issues, and ulcerative colitis. I am elderly (83) and was having severe constipation, and horrible GAS nearly immediately after I ate food. Very very painful, until it moved on down. I took Tums/Pepto and gas pills, but it was nearly everyday, and kind of food did not seem to matter. Since taking 2 cups a day of this tea, I see a marvelous change in my CYSTITIS issues. Doc wanted to do all kinds of tests (colonoscopy) etc., and I was not game for putting a camera up my butt. So I tried this tea. It has worked wonders over time. I feel great and my bathroom breaks are rather smooth. It cleared both my Bladder wall issues and Colon issues at same time. I don't feel the need for any tests at all now. Comfortable. I do believe in all the many herbal teas as a cure all for many things.....never mind the cost. Have full confidence in LEAF TEA vs. taking a myriad of supplement pills, which gets pretty "old hat"....and, Who wants to go into the hospital? Nope. Life-saving Tea! Update: Well, I have been on this tea for Digestive/Liver Support to help with severe UTI bladder wall pain, and severe constipation, and gassy digestive issues that were extremely so painful, I was contemplating getting MRI, Colonoscopy tests since am elderly. I feared what they were going to find, but my pain was all belly, colon and bladder connected. I want to say that after 6 WEEKS OF USE, that I am completely CURED!!! It is amazing stuff. I literally cannot believe it. I have lost the after dinner gas pains that crippled me up, have lost the Interstial Cystitis of the bladder wall PAIN that was "constant" and forcing me to take Azo on a daily basis. My colon seemed to clear up and emptying was easier, softer and more swift than the terrible blocked constipation that I was experiencing and suffering with. The tea is wonderful and I am ready to try another of this brand for JOINT HELP (Muskoskeletal), I have full faith in these herbs which I have checked out completely. This is MOTHER NATURE WORKING! I do not like or believe in the medical profession Rx stuff they pass on to us.... I am learly of drugs and feel they have caused me 50 years of what they diagnosed as UTI pain (which is really NOT!). I was put on horrible drugs of Levaquin and Cipro for years and they helped cause this problem of the bladder wall issues. I am grateful to this company to no end! I am a total believer in herbs and teas, which are so much easier to swallow than a hunk of pills! I will give a further update on this company's JOINT TEA in the near future. UPDATE: 10/19/22 4 months to date on this tea taken once day has CURED me of IC (Interstitial Cystitus), Gas, bloating digestive PAIN, constipation, BLADDER WALL IC PAIN. I cannot say enough about this marvelous tea which is a CURE ALL for Digestive/Liver disorders -- and MORE in my case. No doctor helped me over 50 years blaming UTI's. There is supposedly NO CURE for IC Cystitus! ....but they are wrong about that statement, as nearly 5 months now, I have not had one sign of ANY pain anywhere and I am going to be 83 in a few months. Definitely a HUGE help for my body, and I say "no" to Rx and doctors for these issues. Testing is worthless. Investigative surgury is useless unless suspecting Cancer.

One star off for being about $50 per lb.. In reality, a more accurate dose is 2 tsp per 8 oz cup, so 25 servings. I don't have any medical issues; just wanted a beneficial evening tea, so can't comment on symptom relief. Pleasant enough to buy again, and because it's organic, made in USA, Ayurvedic, and a product from a woman-owned business.

I love her herbal combos. Very soothing. Helps with occasional stomach ache.

I AM NOT A DOCTOR AND THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. With that said, I've ordered this tea a few times to help with some elevated results in my blood work. After drinking it once a day for a few weeks, my previous consistently high results ended up all going back to normal. It has helped with some bloating and weight loss as well for me. I do not add anything sweet to the tea, but I have added in my spearmint tea which I drink for something else, 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of ginger juice and sometimes a hint of cinnamon into the steeper which also helps with digestion. All of it has aided in my personal detoxing as I've seen the proof in my blood work and health. I have tried some other brands that helped but nothing with these results. The taste isn't necessarily pleasant, but it's not the worst. I have gotten used to it since using this product. I would definitely recommend it 1000x and then some.
