Allowed XUbuntu to run on MSI motherboard
I installed XUbuntu Linux on a PC with an MSI H67MA-E45 (B3) motherboard. The system was unstable, with Xwindows returning to its logon screen when too many windows were open, specifically when there were too many Firefox tabs open or playing Youtube videos. No matter the BIOS setting, the machine was running out of shared video memory, something that might have been managed by a software driver if the machine was running MS Windows.Based on an Internet search, I found this GT 730 card well reviewed and a reasonably priced solution for an older machine not having a video power connector. The install was easy, and the machine is now stable. It will never be fast enough for gaming, but works well enough for email and Internet access.

Great Product
Pros: works without driver to some level , allowing the initial install of my build and eventually full driver installed with no issues within my Windows Server 2012 R2 build with SuperMicro X10Dax. Great value and performance..Cons: pcb is slightly oversized (wider) to the point where the plastic clips built in with my eatx case pcie slot won’t close fully - had to figure a way around to secure it in place.

Decent for a basic video card
I'm using this for in a PC repurposed for business use, so it's not going to do any gaming. For ordinary business use, it's fine. I'm using the latest NVIDIA driver that I downloaded from their website. I haven't experimented with it much yet, but so far I haven't been able to get it to do 1920x1080 (full HD) resolution. It's a step or two below that. But it works just fine, and I'm pretty happy with this, considering the low price. It's very short, and occupies only one slot. So it will fit easily even in a small computer case. (But not a micro-sized case.) It has one low profile fan. It has signal ports for DVI, VGA, and HDMI. I don't know if it can run two monitors at once; I didn't try that.

Works for using Davinci Resolve
I had an urgent video editing and just updated Davinci Resolve, of course I didn't care about creating a project data base (I'll never do that again)When opening the software I needed now I wouldn't able to use it because I dint have a graphics card. I wasn't able to restore old version since I needed to erase all info and My project was almost done.I got this card and I installed it myself (never done that). It was easyWorks perfectly. But I can notice a little bit of issues while opening 2 videos on HD or 4K, my mother board didn't have issues at all. But I can use Davinci so I'm okay with that

It's okay for old games
Didn't fit the tiny PC i had, ironically. It's a 730, it's okay on older games that aren't so demanding.

Plug & Play and works great
I have an old HP Envy 700 series desktop that only has DVI and VGA ports and I had been using a DVI-HDMI converter cable but had problems with the connector overheating when connected to a KVM. I figured at this price I’d give it a try and upgrade the old desktop video graphics card. Great choice as it was literally plug and play in the desktop PCI slot. No jumpers, power cables, etc. Unboxed it, popped it in the PCI slot, powered on the desktop, and voila! Windows recognized it right away and the HDMI port works like a charm. I can now use my KVM switch. Can’t beat the price. Really happy with this purchase.
