Excellent product. Has definitely helped me sleep better and longer.

I have yet to take a full dose, I take 1 pill and already I am sleeping way better than I ever have. I can actually feel my mind slowing and calming down (normally there's a constant dialog in there), melatonin gave me the most vivid nightmares and left me groggy for hours the next day. Now I sleep through the night, no nightmares, and actually feel rested the next day. Not like I just slept, but that I actually rested. Think I will be trying a full dose soon.

These pills have been working as advertise they help me get to sleep. I kinda wished they would work a bit faster I started taking them 2 hours before my desired sleep time as I struggle to get my mind to slow down and rest. but the sleep with these pills is much better than with other products I wake up much more refreshed and energized. will continue to purchase. Id like to add they have a slight after taste but nothing to harsh .

I have only been using this for about a week, so I'm not sure how well it will work long term. I bought it to see if it would help me sleep all night long for 8 hours. I have no trouble falling asleep but staying asleep for 8 hours every night is not something that I do on a regular basis. So far this product is working for the most part. I like that it comes in 2 different formulas. I ordered the one without melatonin.

There is ALOT in these capsules, and one would be wise to look at each ingredient and also how much of each ingredient is in each capsule. The directions say to take 2, but I just took one to be on the safe side. After several nights I began to get terrible headaches and stomach aches; so I am stopping it and will look for a lower dose of melatonin if I decide to use it at all. It did help me sleep, but the dreams, thoughts, and nightmares were horrendous. I did not feel well rested the next day because of the intense dreams. Melatonin is being consumed at much too high of doses; I am concerned there will soon be fall out from this. Don’t get so desperate to sleep that you ignore the facts. I am prone to migraines, but these pills gave me headaches that no migraine med would touch. I was in bed for 2 days suffering

I have terrible insomnia. I have tried everything. This is the only pill that actually works. I love that it is all natural, no junk. Didn’t work first time I took it. After a few days it was magic. I would only sleep 3 hours before I found these. Last night I slept from 10pm till 6:45 this morning, did not wake up! I haven’t slept like this for years. I feel amazing when I wake up with no side effects. Amazing product.

I'm blown away by how well this works. It's not one of those heavy-hitting products that knocks you out cold; it's more like a gentle, friendly invitation to Dreamland. I take it about an hour before I want to be asleep, and I feel this lovely, calm wave roll over me, making the transition from "busy-brain" to sleep so much smoother. I'm drifting off faster than I have in ages! But the real magic is waking up. I can’t get over how well rested I feel! I usually need three alarms and a gallon of coffee to feel human, but now I'm waking up naturally before my first alarm, feeling truly refreshed, not that groggy, 'melatonin-hangover' feeling I've had with other brands. It’s a clean, deep sleep that leaves me feeling genuinely ready to tackle the day. My only downside is something about the herbaceous smell and taste of the pill makes it difficult to swallow for me, but the capsules are a standard size, so a quick splash of water and its down the hatch.

They help me fall asleep however, they dont help me stay asleep. They dont have an overly herbal smell or taste like most supplement, so that is a plus

It helps to calm me down and relax for whole night sleep. I greatly recommended.
