Good value, hard to adjust
Good deal for the price. Hoping it "breaks in" some and the yoke bar gets easier to slide up and down cause its frustrating if everything isn't lined up PERFECT. Paid the extra $ for the safety catches and they're a little disappointing in quality for the price though.

Have to load the shoe horns with plates to keep it stable
Overall, it gets the job done. However, unless you load all four shoehorns with weights (i.e., plates), the rig is extremely wobbly on its own (without yoke bar). The pull-up bar is almost a two-man job to adjust because the vertical poles (frame poles) move easily, as they're only secured by two metal plate sleeves at the base, with bolts, and the pull-up bar is secured with two pins (cotter), which can be difficult to line the bar up with the pre-drilled holes. I'm really not trying to write a bad review. I'm trying to be objective from using it every day in my garage. I used to do Crossfit, but mainly focus on the bench, squats (back/front), deadlifts, etc. So, if you're a cross fitter looking to practice and/or do butterfly pull-ups, T2Bs, C2Bs, I wouldn't recommend this because unless you load the base with plates, the entire rig will wobble like crazy on you. The thickness of the pull-up bar is fine, but the powder coating wears easily. I wrapped mine with athlete tape for a better grip. It's really easy to set up. That's the good thing, but I would have almost paid more for something a little more sturdy. I only got this because it was advertised as being used in competitions, so unless I just got a junk version, I would invest in something else.
