Charge until all of the bars (in display window) are continuously lit up and the "in" volt should read about 5 volts but more importantly the "in" current will read zero. The amount of time it takes to reach the fully charged state varies drastically depending on the charger you use and also the capacity of lipo batteries that are used. Mine takes a couple of hours to charge and I am using 4x 2000mah lipo batteries with a USB 2.0 2 amp basic wall charger. Hope this helps.
