Dear, It is a little bite of residural glue, you could use the. Sticker remover to clean it.

These are made out of fabric basically carpet like on a speaker box. So no they will be terrible in a bathroom.

Yes somewhat. It's good for blocking sound but I had another issue which was vibrations and that still remains. I bought only 1 pack but if you cover your entire wall it should help. It's cost effective and easy to install. I wish you well.
