The mug itself is great—solid, elegant, and genuinely a pleasure to drink from. I already own a few of these cups and use them regularly, so I decided to order another one. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. They shipped the cup and the saucer in just an envelope, so it wasn’t surprising that the saucer arrived shattered into many pieces. Very poor packaging and delivery, which was disappointing given how nice the product itself is.

Nice heavy pottery. Ideal for cappuccino. Arrived with handle broken off due to flimsy packaging.Would have liked a replacement,but was offered a refund upon return

Great latte art cups. Bit pricey. I realise can get better deal buying 6 from Amazon US - though slightly different pattern range.

Justo lo que andaba buscando. La taza es de buena calidad y llegó en tiempo y forma.

This is my daily latte cup now. I love the design and it is great to practice Latte art with. It's easy to clean and feels good in the hand and a good value.
