Mercer is Really Underrated in India. I already had. 10" Voctorinox still I Bought this 10" Mercer Chef Knife. While I was Studying my Culinary Arts, Chef Gagan once Said About a Mercer Knife. They are as sharp as a Katana. Edge retaining capacity is very impressive. It's an Awesome Steel. Sharpens very Fast. Perfect for All Kinds of Use. It's massive size can easily chop down an Entire Pork Belly. Kudos to Mercer. My Next purchase will be a 12" Mercer Chef's Knife.

I came across this knife via a review by American Test Kitchen on U-Tube. It is a fantastic knife which has made my life keenly more interesting, cutting home made brad that is. It works very well on soft tomatoes as well. I feel it will work for years to come/

Excellent beginner chopper for my daughter who is learning to cook and finds our best knives heavy and a bit intimidating.

Best bread knife ever! I have used many different bread knives and nothing really cut the bread in a nice thin slice. This knife is absolutely a game changer. Cut my bread like butter. My loaf was cut into thin slices without any issue. I do recommend buying the knife sheath which is sold separately. The knife is big and sharp so the sheath allows me to store it in my kitchen drawer safely.

Light, sharp and nice grippy handle.

Very sharp and lightweight just perfect for ham, roast and brisket. Awesome I own two now last one i purchased was back in 2018 and still sharp.
