The pills are easy to take. The texture is a bit grippy but slips easily with liquids. Opening up and bursting them from their package can be bothersome.Taste, and smell are mild. They are tolerable. No after taste or negative effects have been notice after usage.

My daughter had a box of this supplement and I felt like I had a urinary tract infection coming on. I took these pills for a few days and didn’t have any further issues. I got another box to have on hand. I would suggest taking them when you first feel any slight problem and if you have ever had a urinary tract infection you know what I mean.

The first couple of times my wife had a urinary tract infection, regular cranberry tea worked. This time we didn't have tea, they don't make it anymore, bought over-the counter 3x cranberry extract and then the over-the counter antibacterial pills, both didn't work. Research suggested looking for something with Uva Ursi extract. This one worked.

These products work very well for someone who has overactive bladder issues. I take them before long trips and they work very good. They are especially helpful when I know I will be sitting in traffic.
