When I first opened the package, I was disappointed. I won't lie. I thought it was way too small and wouldn't do a thing for me. I almost sent it back without trying it on. Pros: Once I tried it on, I was amazed. The compression in the belly area is impressive. It holds my rolls and gut at an impressive level. Everything was flat and smooth and curvy like you want it to be. It is even comfortable enough to sleep in. I work 3rd shift, so I take naps on lunch break. Cons: The straps are thin, very thin and flimsy. I think that they will not survive the test of time. The leg doesn't have a silicone strip to help hold it in place. So after a few hours it rolls up (I do have thick thighs.) The exit fold for bathroom usage is not for healthy sized property, (if you get my drift). You will not succeed with underwear in this item. Use that information as you will. All that being said, I ordered a second one before the week was out. I plan on ordering a third. It is sundress season approved. I plan on having more than a few. I bought the first one on sale. The regular price gave me pause but I will still be adding more of these. I see no need to look for a different one. I love it. Update Bought 2 more. I have put a couple tiny holes in the material (fingernails), be that as it may, the material is holding up well. Not unraveling or running after laundering several times. Still in love with it.

I’m 5’6, 190 lbs. size 14-16 with 2 breast reductions. I bought this after buying 6 other Shapeware undergarments to wear under my dress for my son‘s wedding. I could’ve gone down a size but I like the fact that it is not so tight that it digs in causing all of my “extra” to roll out. I honestly didn’t think just from feeling the material that this was going to do anything for me. It is absolutely seamless! I am not going to be wearing a bra with this, and honestly there’s not support for the breast area, but due to the fact that the top of my dress is slightly tight and the fact that I’ve had two lifts and two reductions, that’s the only thing saving me! You can absolutely still wear a bra with this should you choose, or just use breast tape (I will). If you are looking for Shapeware to just hold you in a little bit more, but not be too tight and not cause everything to roll out, this is perfect. I was wasting my time on all of those $30 pieces…. This is amazing!!!!

I’m 5’2” and 160 pounds I’m very curvy. I first got this in a medium and was happy with it, but thought for giggles, I would try a small, I had ordered a medium. I am about a 12 or 14, or a medium-large, depending on the cut. I need this for a very well fitting dress I made for my sons wedding. The medium was fine, but it wasn’t snatching me in quite as much as I wanted, and it felt just a bit on the loose side for shapewear. The small looks like there is no way I could get it on, but with a bit of a fight, glad no one was watching,🤣 I got into it and was much happier with the fit. It’s comfortable, and I just love how thin it is. I feel this is the perfect shape wear for hot weather. I hope this helps you choose the right fit.

The only reason it got a four instead of a five is because there is little support in the breast area. It is very thin in that spot. Other than that it fits and feels great

Well this is really comfortable, fits as expected but as a shape wear Id expect it to hold stuff IN ... but it doesn't. Also the material is quite thick , so it's almost like it's adding an extra layer to you , instead of the other way around. So yeah u end up looking bigger . I'm 5'6 178lbs and took a Large .

It fits a little smaller than expected. I know that you want it to be tight in order for it to work but I look like an antelope being attacked by a lion trying to squeeze all my goodies into this contraption ( literally takes me like 5 minutes). Then if you have to urinate- there’s a slit where your hooha kinda pops open but it’s not a comfortable or spacious experience & if you need to go #2 - forget about it. But sometimes you’ll feel your hooha pop out of the slit when you crouch down to get something & now you’re walking around with your goodies hanging out of the slit. You can only imagine.

I was skeptical since I have been looking at shape wear for days now and decided to give this one a try. I'm telling you that it held in my Grandma stomach and gave the girls a lift!! No UNI Boob with this garment. This one is a KEEPER and no return on the agenda. I'm 5' nothing and weigh 145 lb. I got the size medium even though Amazon wanted me to get a Large. Oh well I listened to me and not Amazon and got the medium. I was able to get into it with a bit of effort but nothing that this 74 year old couldn't handle. I have an event coming up soon and I want to feel comfortable yet supported. This garment lets you move like it's not even there, once you get it all on and adjusted, I'm happy with my purchase and give this a thumbs UP!!

This shaper is very comfortable; however, you have to size down to get a decent fit. Also, the crouch area is very poorly structured and sewn. Ripped after 1 wear and handwash and hang dry.

It’s comfy, fits to size, you can wear it all day! I have seen huge improvements in my body a long with excercise and proper eating in regards to body shaping live it! I have bought two already ! I totally recommend it. Only thing, the top area has no support if you are big chested 😝 you still need to wear a bra 🥰

I'm impressed. Most of my clothes are a medium so I ordered a medium in this. Not too tight and not lacking in control either, nor cutting into my legs. It feels comfortable to wear and not like I need to hold my breath haha. My only wish is it had padding for the bra but that's it.

Based on other reviews, I really wanted to love this shape wear. However, I am returning it due to the "con" factors listed below. PROS: -legs are soft and stretchy so won't cause obvious lines - straps are adjustable - fabric is thin and light CONS: - sizing is off. I wear a size small/4 in clothing and the small was literally baggy on me in the waist. There's absolutely no cinching because of the rolls of loose fabric. - bust part is way too small if you don't have a smaller chest - totally awkward trying to fit boobs into it. I would avoid this if you have anything above a C- or D-cup - lifts butt but creates uni-butt that makes it look like you're wearing a diaper underneath your jeans. I have the Spanx version which lifts your butt but also separates your butt cheeks (if that makes sense) so it doesn't look like you're wearing incontinence protection under your pants or something. Overall, the fit is like a slightly baggy bathing suit. Perhaps sizing down from what the size chart suggests will give a better fit? Oh wait, there is no smaller size. Everybody's body is different, but if you have larger boobs and/or smaller waist this shape wear likely isn't your best bet to accentuate your shape (this created awkward dents in my boobs, rolls of loose fabric at my waist, and the look of a singular butt cheek - NOT the look I was going for).
