how many flats can you repair with this?

I seems that it can only be used once. It takes a flat 700cc tire up to about 70 PSI.

Does this work with a tubular disc? Or do you need to use a disc adapter to fill the tire? Thanks.

You will need a disc adapter for this to work on disc wheels.

Is this mainly designed for Tubulars? Does it work with Clinchers just as well?

I'm not an expert but I think that this is mainly designed for tubulars. Don't know if it'll work with clinchers as well. I assume it might, if the puncture is not big.

If you use this in a tire to get you home, can you later patch the tire and use it long term or is the tire doomed and basically trash?

I don't know why you couldn't patch the tube. It might be a little messy. It won't damage the tire though.
