DELICIOUS! It is so tasty and has NATURAL iodine. The “sea vegetables” are great. I used to buy Life Salt in their tiny glass jar. $25 a jar of barely 4 ounces of salt/kelp. This shaker…. I bought just one so I could try it. I am thrilled and will make sure I have more. It’s so affordable and so good and it’s organic well worth its cost. I plan to support this company.

Delicious flavor, tiny container, super expensive. I thought I was buying something that would last but it’s absolutely tiny. Adds amazing flavor to soup, rice, meat and veggies. Very nice intensity. Large grains make mixing food carefully, very necessary.

I'm sure this salt is good....but the amount.. not good. That's my fault for not looking better.

There was not very much salt in it! There was a lot of dried kelp. The plastic shaker wasn't even half full ! Maybe a third full, if that!

Seems like more salt than the seaweed/kelp. It just sits in the cabinet.

This sea salt plus sea vegetables has iodine in it, which has basically been deleted from table salt. It's stronger than any other type of salt (table, Kosher or sea) I've tried, so it goes a long way and is tastier. The only drawback is that it's a bit pricier, but for me, it's worth it since I don't use much because of its strength. I just ordered 7 containers, but from a different company on Amazon, so I suggest shopping around for a better price, and Amazon seems to be the best, and I also found some free shipping promo codes. It's also fun to add a container to gift baskets for family or friends so they can sample this and see how much they'll like it!

It’s important for the body to have iodine. This salt contains natural iodine from seaweed. The taste is wonderful without any chemical bitterness and it doesn’t taste like seaweed. I find it works perfect in everything that calls for salt. I’m now a loyal user and plan to continue for life.
