LOVE this stuff! Organic gluten-free ingredients, packed with nutrients and fiber from seeds and nuts with minimal sugar (coconut sugar). Perfect balance of sweet, salt, crunch. Finally, I'm addicted to something good! I eat a half a bag a day and have lost weight..... I am now buying it by the case. BTW - I eat this out of the bag - not with milk...

One of our favorite healthy snacks! All healthy items in this granola! Great value for size of bag. All the flavors taste really good! Keto friendly, non gmo, gluten free and made with health in mind. I like how has organic ingredients too! Can be a very addicting snack.:) it’s great on yogurt or I like to add some to cottage cheese to or eat plain.

So far I have always loved the Purely Elizabeth granola products and have tried at least 6 varieties which have always been so good that I can’t keep myself from Annihilating the bag but this flavor wasn’t what I guess I was expecting or hoping for. Because her products are more health conscious and have quality ingredients with no artificial flavors or grains the price is higher and understandable to a degree. However I find that when it’s not on some sort of a sale that it’s definitely overpriced. This flavor of Coconut cashew keto granola had what I can only explain as a burnt taste to it. (The photo on the bag even looks like whats inside my bag could have been baked longer or overcooked) And I know that sugar content should be at or around zero for keto products however stevia doesn’t have sugar and there other options to bring out the natural sweetness of the coconut or just to give a little more sweetness to it similarly to her other varieties. Using coconut oils is good but it doesn’t translate into a sweeter product. This also keeps the carbs down for keto purposes. It was also a little less crunchy than the others I’ve had so I’m thinking it’s from the coconut oil as well. Not soggy, just a bit more chewy. I’m glad I tried it but probably won’t get this variety again.

Hands down best keto granola there is. The taste the texture and everything about it is my favorite. It also has the best success of keeping me regular. Without it I struggle to stay regular but if I eat it consistently I have no issues

Very tasty with low total starch for keto anti diabetes diet! Love it every day sprinkle on Greek yogurt, wish the other flavors were all lowest total starch, but this flavor is the only one.
