I've had my first cup of mugwort tea last night. First off, let me say the taste is unbelievably bitter. I was taken aback by the strong bitter taste. It lingers on your tongue and gums afterwards. The taste didn't turn me away, but I was definitely surprised by it. I was able to finish the entire cup, but I know people who wouldn't be able to. Take that into consideration when purchasing this to drink. Having said that it worked for helping me sleep. I haven't slept that good in a long time. I'm lying in bed writing this feeling well rested and GOOD. I had several dreams that I remember, some that were off the wall but not scary. I'm going to try to smoke it tonight instead of making the tea. I wonder if I'll have a similar experience. I'll update my review with the effects. Edited to add: smoking has similar but not as strong results.

I’m a bit confused by this product. I ordered Mugwort (Artemisia Vulgaris) but the bag says Woodworm and in parentheses it says (artemisia vulgaris). Those are two different things although Woodworm is in the same family it’s proper name is (Artemisia absinthium). I used it in my vaporiser for lucid dreaming. It has a very energetic effect and really activated my brain while sleeping. I guess that’s the idea but it seemed a bit restless and not very restful sleeping in the morning.

I love the product. However, it is marketed as Wormwood/mugwort... This is not the fact. There is no wormwood in this product. Wormwood is extremely bitter. It is commonly used as a tincture, and never as a tee or a smokeable herb which is how mugwort is used. It is a common misconception that wormwood and mugwort are in fact the same plant but again this is simply not the case.

It’s nothing like what’s in the item pictures, it’s all shedded. I opened and hope it was at least real wormwood but it is not at all. I’m very familiar with wormwood smell, this is my first time buying it on Amazon, will never do it again

cleared up my sheep's bottle jaw, which is apparently caused by a liver parasite. I sprinkled it on her organic alfalfa pellets for a few days and she was fine.
