My husband was able to assemble this easily. When we started to fill the fuel tank the gas ran right out the bottom. The fuel line was torn because of the way the fuel line came off the tank and hit the frame. We live in a small town and a co-worker of my husband purchased the same scooter. He had the exact same problem with the line being torn. He fixed the problem himself. My husband will probably have to fix the fuel line himself as well...we did contact the manufacturer and sent pictures. They replied that they have sold these scooters for 10 years and this is the first time they have heard of this happening. Hopefully when I eventually get to drive the scooter I will be happy with it. I just wish it didn't need to be fixed before hand. Adding to my feedback...my husband was able to fix the fuel line and the scooter runs great...I changed the star rating for the excellent service I always receive from Amazon...not from the seller.

The scooter came as the picture describe. Paying for the scooter to be returned cost several hundred dollars. So, make sure you have a certified mechanic to put it together. You will need to have it registered with DMV and drive it.

No one knew anyone could have a MOPED mailed to them. It's a excellent compromise between a motorcycle and affordability. You can pick a color of your choice for FREE as well. All that's required in the law of my area is a driver's permit and you're ready to drive the thing around. Folks are wow'd by the performance and how little gas it needs to get around. Careful: blinkers can go out fast and require a model from china to be replaced.

I've never put any type of motor-bike together in my life, but this one I did. I'm small and inexperienced and cannot lift heavy things, so I had to have my teenage son help me with the heavy parts like picking it up and moving it. the hardest part is the handles because of the screw in part. I watched some YouTube videos to clarify how to put the tire on. The battery part was super easy for me. There is stuff in the seat and carry-on cubby, both need the keys (set of two) that come with it. Comes with tools but I used my own. The seller was awesome and even sent me links for the YouTube videos. I never used the CD that came with it. There are no directions that come with it, but I figured it out anyway. I have not put the gas in it yet but it turns on and all the lights work. Comes with mirrors too, so one less thing to buy. I bought it to go short distances.

Scooter seems good, have to have put together professionally. Body was cracked during shipping. Seller was going to replace just the panel for free, but this meant another professional rebuild. $$$

Plastic carburetor is junk! Every little imperfection of a speck that gets in it gums it up. Had mine in the shop 4x for this. I'm ready to sell it for parts!
