This is a right-size paring knife with a thin, sharp, pointed blade. It is maneuverable for taking stems off strawberries and removing seeds from peppers. Though thin, this blade is strong enough for most vegetable cutting.

This paring knife is a perfect fit in our 30 year-old Henckels knife set. We lost the equivalent knife.

Excellent quality, but then again it's a Henckel knife , expect nothing less than first class products.
