Loved this so much I got a second one!! The quality is great, I have washed it by hand a couple times and it still looks and works great. It is a gel of some sort and stays cool for a while. My husband get a migraines often and he loves it. It puts some pressure on your head which is nice when your head hurts and is super comfortable.

Bought as a gift for a frequent migraine sufferer and they reported that it works great, prevents the added nausea and all that comes with a migraine. Great relief when used. Soft, Stays Cold, Nice Quality

As someone who has suffered chronic headaches for over 10 years, I’ve tried everything and this is probably the best ice pack I’ve tried so far. I have used them many times and they help so much, especially when laying down. I feel it has the perfect tightness on your head and is cooling all around your head and I absolutely love that it can be pulled all the way down to your nose. It’s perfect for sinus headaches. Since it’s a gel pack inside it is very soft and makes it so easy to lay down or sleep with it as compare to traditional ice packs. I personally keep them in a zip lock in the freezer to protect them. I only have two complains 1. When you take it out it is extremely cold! )especially if you leave it in the freezer at all times as I do. I know the point is to be cold but it is almost so cold it hurts on your face or scalp. This may not be the case for everyone but it was for me. 2. It doesn’t stay cold for very long, which was to be expected, it says cold about 30-45 minutes. I saw in previous reviews saying this so I bought the two pack so I can use one while the other stays in the freezer then swap out! I would still highly highly recommend anyone with headaches/migraines to get it!

This feels so good. It can get really cold- too cold even. But it the cold lasts good 30min or so. My husband loved it so much I got a second one similar to it. No weird smell too! I'm happy it came with a little bag to put it in the freezer so it doesn't pick up a smell. Very easy to use. I was worried I'd find it too tight/uncomfortable on my head but it actually is a good amount of compression. I haven't used the heat feature yet, but I'm sure it'll work just as well. The design is great for migraines or cluster headaches. I haven't taken advantage of the velcro straps (I didn't notice it had any? Not sure about this)

I purchased this in a desperate attempt to relieve the crushing 24/7 concussion headache at the base of my skull and around both sides of the back of my head. My neurologist directed me to stop taking OTC meds and I can’t tolerate the usual RX options. Regular ice packs felt good but wouldn’t stay in place or cover the full area. They were also crunchy and didn’t maintain the right temperature. The heating pad didn’t mold to my head, had wires to deal with and keeps me stuck lying in bed. Then I remembered these warm/cold caps from previous research for my regular chronic headaches around my eyes and forehead. Decided to give it a shot! Because it’s been hot here, I have only used the cold so far and LOVE IT! It has helped the concussion headache so much. The effect doesn’t last too long once I take it off, but at least I can get a couple hours of relief at a time which is glorious. It’s extremely comfortable, molds perfectly to my head, has the exact right level of coolness, and I can walk around and do my thing while it’s on. I want to wear it all the time, it’s that good! If I need to sit and rest my eyes from the very, very bright concussion light, I can pull it down over my eyes for black-out, coolness and light pressure. The warm/cold is all the way around the head except for a small area at the crown which is just fabric. There isn’t a ponytail hole that other products have. It is very, very soft - both the fabric itself and the padding with the gel inside, not crunchy or stiff like other reusable ice packs. It completely molds to your head, but not in a tight, constricting way (I have a big head for a woman, lots of hair and most regular hats are too tight for me). The cap is heavier than you’d think, which I think makes it even more comfortable and soothing. There’s a bit of a weighted blanket effect, and the cold/pressure combo is a good sensory tool for me. It’s ready to wear after 45-60 minutes in the freezer and will last up to 2 hours, with less coolness for another hour (meaning not cold to the touch, but kind of like a cool pillowcase). I immediately ordered a second one so I can rotate in/out of the freezer, a third one for my sister who has chronic migraines to try, and recommended it to all my friends who struggle with headaches AND those who use ice on the head or cold water on hands as a sensory interruptor for themselves or their neurodivergent kids to re-regulate in moments of high stress. Clearly, I HIGHLY recommend it and the price point is great!

I keep one in the refrigerator (my daughter keeps hers in the freezer) and one in the kitchen drawer when I need it for heat. Ready to go when needed and wors great. Pull it on and sit back with your feet up and relax. Very soothing and healing.

It fits great. It doesn't smell. The one problem, it doesn't stay cold for long. At best, it stays really cold for 10 minutes then it reaches mildly cold after that. I even left it in the freezer for hours, same results but more uncomfortable feeling in the first 2 minutes. I haven't tested it out when it's hot, but I would assume it will cool down after 10-20 minutes. It only provides SOME relief, it all depends on the individual, but I wouldn't get my hopes up for this product to help, cause as soon as it's done being useful, pain slowly comes back.

I've been hesitant to buy one of these migraine caps because I have a big head. Hats are always tight, etc. I finally took a chance on this one, and nothing to worry about! It's roomy, with just a mild pressure all around. It's cool to the touch even without being refrigerated, too, which has made it perfect for not just migraines, but also the occasional mild fever. It had no smell straight out of the package, and comes out delightfully cold after a couple of hours in the freezer. I'll likely be passing these out as gifts to other migraine girlies in my life.

I wish I found this sooner! A really great product for headache relief, the material it is made from is extremely soft making it very comfortable to use. I keep mine in my freezer and find I need to leave it out for a few minutes before putting it on my head as it can be a little cold. It also stays cold for a long time

I bought mine for around 3 euros 1 years ago, had to be wrong price, either way I was shocked when I saw the new price :O But it works so I rekommendera it.
