This bar is a great workout tool for our home gym. Works upper body and focuses on strengthening your core. It is solid material and weighs exactly as advertised. The grip has enough roughness to it to where you feel like you have a sturdy hold on it. Definitely worth the price!

Came out of the box like this. It still works, so I will avoid the haste of returning it. This said, it’s a bummer to buy new equipment and it to come like this. I could have just bought a used one. Oh well…
