Got these to stop our messy cats dropping food around their bowls, and found they had the added benefit of stopping bowls from sliding on the mat and the mat from sliding on the quarry tile floor! They're a nice thick silicone that looks attractive and should last well, and are easy to wash. I'd recommend these over cheaper mats and wouldn't go back now I've tried these.
