I wanted to take this more than a few months before I wrote a review. I have been using this for 20 months and I love it. This is what I have noticed since I started taking it. 1. The taste leaves a lot to be desired. I have learned to hold my breath swallow it down and drink a gulp of coffee. Coffee definitely kills the taste 😁 2. My skin looks better. It's tighter and much smoother. 3. My hair is growing so much. I'm losing less and I have all these baby hairs around my face. I'm amazed. 4. My nails are growing like crazy. I have always had thin nails but now are stronger. I love this BeMe Wellness collagen and will continue ordering it. You will not really notice any improvement until about 6 months. This collagen is like any skin care or supplements it does not work overnight. You have to be consistent. The only think I don't like is it increased in price by a little over $2 dollars but that was only in the 20 months since I have been taking it so I'm letting it go.
