I am very pleased with this product. It is quite effective, while also gentle acting. So many are effective, but way too harsh! I put it in my water first thing in the morning; there is no grit or taste. I'm grateful to have found this wonderful formulation! I just set it up on 'Subscribe & Save'.

I add this to my coffee and it keeps me regular. No stomach upset and it is very effective. It’s the best I’ve used out of 10 other probiotics I have used. This is the first one that worked.

It did seem to help things move along. But it’s not dissolve in water. You can keep adding water you can shake it, but it still sticks to the cup. If you would like to use it, I suggest you put it in your coffee. It does well in warm liquids.

This is an excellent product. I was on a very limited diet and needed to keep my microbiome healthy. This did the trick. Highly recommend.
