Size & quality as expected. The bag looks great & very sturdy….was a good choice.

Have had it for a few months now . I am able to fit my personal laptop and work laptop along with not books and my switch and folders m very spacious . Lots of compartments and nice material . I love it and woudlld recommend

UPDATE: Good customer service is not lost on me. I’m including my initial review, but adding a star because I think this bag is a keeper in spite of its flaws. ORIGINAL: For the cost of this bag, I expected a little better. Pros: This bag is made of quality material and it looks good on. There is enough space (if not too much; see below) for everything and the zippers work great. Cons: There is an excessive amount of material in the laptop compartment (see pic). This makes getting my laptop down in its place difficult sometimes as I have to rearrange some of the material to do so. Not exactly a smooth, quick process. There is a bit too much room in the laptop area (top to bottom; it fits my 17" laptop nicely along the four sides however). The padding is on the thin side, but it seems like it will be enough to keep my computer safe as long as I don’t throw the bag around.

I've been using this bag for work every day for almost two months, and it's holding up very well. I tote around a Chrome Book, its charger, a couple folders, a notebook, pens and some personal items like makeup, lotion and keys. The elastic on the two side pockets for water bottles is durable and hasn't lost strength or frayed. The shoulder strap is flawlessly stitched into the bag. I'm genuinely surprised it can hold the weight. All the zippers are intact. There are no holes or tears. I can trust my laptop is padded and safe from the elements. I can NOT stress enough how crazy good this bag is.

Perfect size, nice looking

This has great interior space and pockets. As a teacher, I haven't needed a space that wasn't inside this bag. The outside water bottle holder is great - it holds a bottle that would fit inside a standard cup holder. It doesn't seem to get dirty easily. The only thing I would change is how the top handle carries the weight of the bag. It's not the most 'sturdy' when it has weight in it, but I mainly use the shoulder strap.

The bag hangs in a really unpleasant way when you pick it up by the handle. I think this will lead to tears un the underside of the main flap after a while. The straps could also be a bit wider & softer (I'm comparing the new strap to my old bag that I'm replacing. The buckle straps also loosen up pretty easily.

I absolutely love this thing, I personally put two laptops inside and still have tons of room, It fits all my essentials and it's rainproof. Love this product so much, it's comfortable too.

Bought this for my husband as a carry on when going overseas. It was able to contain his laptop, kindle, passport, phone, wallet, A4 itinerary folder, adapters, change of shirt etc and a whole lot of other stuff. Perfect when travelling, especially with the travel strap allowing it to be attached to luggage. Items were secure and easy to access. Thinking of buying myself one in a different colour!
