It looks more like a project knife
Looks quite unfinished, the rivet of the blade is too tight and make opening difficult. The blade is nice but only 87mm lenght, appears forged and very sharpen . the handle (body/frame) is made of a 1mm u shaped steel sheet, blued. This handle has 120mm lenght, not the blade . U bending is not uniform ,and has also sharp edges . Looks more like a cutting tool than a knife. The handle is too thin , could use some side plates added (bone or horn). Overall , it could be an interesting project for adding plates on the handle, not ready to be used as a knife in this condition .
