Its such a nice subtle toner. I just use my hand to apply not any cotton pads. It has a water serum in between consistency. There is no irritation. Would recommend if you have sensitive skin

I really like this toner, strongly recommend it if you like a hydrating layer post cleanse. I pour a bit into my hands and splash onto my face, it's a perfect base for everything else and leaves my skin feeling happy and hydrated.
