Q: Is there spare parts my fan has stopped i have error f1 on lcd screen and has stopped working and i cant find any replacement parts anywhere. s218a

I had the same problem, I contacted the manufacturer via Amazon and they supplied replacements.

Q: Do these have replaceable hand pieces? Some images show they do, but others show a fixed cable. It would be good to know which is correct!

It’s replaceable. Socket at the front for you to connect the hot air gun to. If yours comes hardwired, it means you’ve received a counterfeit
