Following an accident some years my right leg is now 1" shorter than my left leg. These heel lift inserts fitted perfectly (I take size 10 shoes), and are very comfortable, after wearing for a couple of hours I forgot I was using the item, Would definitely recommend and will probably buy again for my other shoes.
