I started using this product last summer 2025 and my skin loves it! It’s light and has a pleasant scent. It leaves your skin feeling soft and silky. It’s pretty pricey but I think it’s worth it.

This had great reviews outside of Amazon so I took a chance on it. I felt it was very expensive at $75, and my wife didn’t like the smell so she only used it once. Not wanting to waste it I started to use it on my arms to see if it would help my mild eczema. Within 5 applications it was much improved and the skin became smooth and the dark blemishes faded. I can’t guarantee it made the difference, as eczema can flare up, but it seemed to work wonders on my skin. It still stinks pretty bad, and my wife knows as soon as I enter the room if I have used it, but the benefits make it worth it. She has now started to use it again, this time on a bug bite that got infected and wasn’t healing well. It quickly made a difference there too and I saw her using it again today. I have started to use a rose scented moisturizer on top to mask the smell and, at my wife’s insistence, just ordered more when there was a 40% off coupon. It is made in Korea and twists to expose the pump. If I was judging it solely on the smell it would get one star, but the results mean it gets a full five stars instead.

First off, I can’t say enough about the smell, it’s SOOOOO good! I know some people don’t care for the smell of ginseng, but for me, it is like getting a big hug from my grandmother, so I can’t get enough of it, putting this on is always my favorite part of my skin care routine! Now, on to the real deal….my skin is brighter, more supple and bouncy, and has an actual glow to it since using this product. I don’t know if it is the ginseng increasing the blood flow to your skin, or just the ingredients in general, but I’ve had multiple people tell me I look like I just came from a facial because my skin is glowing and dewy, and this Ampoule has been the only new addition to my routine lately, so I’d call it a total winner!

This is a really nice serum with a really nice and lightweight texture that sinks into the skin easily. I have been using it for about a month now and my skin definitely feels softer and looks more radiant. It is hydrating and not irritating to my skin, plus it has a pleasing (but subtle) scent. Of course I can't speak to the anti-aging benefits in such a short amount of time, but I am confident that this is giving me a lot of benefits. I took off a star because of the packaging; unfortunately the pump on mine has stopped working, making it very difficult to use up the serum. It's possible that I just got a defective one, but it would easily be a 5 star product without this issue.

My first time using Donginbi products, what can I say? It's been a revelation! Ok, I haven't really taken care of my skin so far and since I'm now on the wrong side of 45 I decided to take the plunge. I have combination skin with a particularly oily T-zone, and after trying some mattifying lotions which made the oiliness worse than before, I just gave up. Skin concerns- very oily skin, small pimples on and around my chin, and deep laughter lines on the sides of my mouth. I really didn't expect to see any changes at the end of the day. With my limited budget I bought this Upgraded Anti-aging Daily Defence Serum EX as well as the Donginbi Red Ginseng Moisture & Firming Facial Emulsion lotion; and twice daily I have applied the serum, then the lotion after cleansing and toning. A little goes a long way. Results After about a week I started noticing some changes in my skin tone and texture - my face looks brighter, pores definitely are reduced; and best of all the laughter lines are not as deep. My infamously oily T-zone still gets oily but not as quickly and as much. No fresh breakouts on my chin. After 3 weeks -almost smooth chin, and the T-zone has not changed much from week one. The laughter lines are now about an inch and some down from the sides of my nose. They used to reach a little past my bottom lip. If I had known my face would change for the better I would have taken before and after pictures, but I really didn't expect much beyond maybe some well moisturized skin. I am very happy with Donginbi so far, and I am thinking of buying more of the brand's products. Definitely.
