Nice quality construction.

This is a nice tool, that allows you to prepare the pizza on it and slide it in the oven without the sticking problem you get with stainless steel peels. Reasonably priced, but it took a while to arrive

I recently picked up the Winco 14" x 15" x 15" Wooden Pizza Peel, and it has completely changed my pizza-making game. I had been using a perforated metal peel before this, and while it looked nice, my pizzas would constantly stick, no matter how much flour or cornmeal I used. It turned launching into a stressful moment, and more than once I ended up with a warped, messy pizza or a dirty oven. The wooden peel, on the other hand, is smooth, sturdy, and does the job right every time. With the Winco wooden peel, pizzas slide off effortlessly, making it so much easier to transfer them into the oven cleanly. It’s wide enough to handle even larger pizzas and thin enough to get under the crust without a struggle. I haven't had to clean the inside of my oven since switching, and that alone makes it worth every penny. If you’re having launch issues with a metal peel like I was, do yourself a favor and make the switch—this one works like a charm.

Love the long handle, and it’s well built. Being wood, I find it hard to get uncooked pizza’s off the counter. Gets pizza out of the oven great, and love the wood look.
