It came a day early and it looks great i got 2 and there pretty fast update one didnt work and it was broke so I traveled all the way to the shop 2 hr away only to find out my pumps didnt work

Worked well for me. I wanted to add a photo and /or video but for some strange reason it is not giving me an option to adding them.

Seem to be well built and work well. Using them to rotate my solar panels. The built in limit switches work well.

Short circuit in motor winding after <1yr of use. This actuator is only cycled once per day to open and close a chicken coop door. It has not been exposed to the elements. Very disappointed.

By using just 9 volts and very little amperage the unit performs like a champ!

Headline pretty much says it all. I have two of these. One is outside, the other is inside. The outside one was always a bit slower since day one, and after 6 months of use, it died in the middle of the night last night and will no longer retract. We've been getting heavy rain yesterday, which is unusual for us, but not the first rain the unit has encountered. I checked voltages to the unit, and everything looked okay, but I decided to try a different power supply anyway and the result was the same. When I went to check the warranty policy on the item page, it's a dead link that takes you to Amazon's 404 page, which is not really encouraging.
